Production Exclusions & Restrictions

The following items are not permitted or are subject to restriction when renting CQ Vegas for production use.

Public Access: No public entry, walk-through traffic, or unscheduled guests are permitted.
Insurance: Productions must provide proof of general liability insurance (typically $1M minimum). Failure to provide insurance may result in cancellation.
Alcohol Sales: Alcohol may not be sold or distributed for sale. BYOB is permitted only in designated areas.
Smoking & Vaping: No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the facility.
Hazardous Materials: No open flames, pyrotechnics, smoke machines, foggers, or hazardous materials without prior written approval.
Weapons & Simulated Violence: No firearms, weapon replicas, or violent scenes without advance disclosure and written approval.
Property Modifications: No drilling, taping, painting, or permanent alterations to walls, floors, tables, or equipment.
Table Game Handling: Casino tables, layouts, chips, dice, and equipment may not be modified, removed, or damaged.
Unauthorized Branding: CQ Vegas / Casino Quest branding may not be represented as endorsing a product, service, or message without written permission.
Outside Catering: Outside catering is permitted but subject to setup and breakdown fees and designated areas only.
Noise Restrictions: Excessive noise, amplified music, or disruptive sound may be restricted depending on time of day.
Overtime Use: Production time may not exceed booked hours without approval. Overtime is billed accordingly.
Damage & Cleanup: Productions are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and for restoring the space to its original condition.
Content Approval: CQ Vegas reserves the right to decline content that conflicts with legal, safety, or brand standards.
