What services does CQ provide for events?
CQ Vegas @ The Casino Training Center offers event coordination and hosting services ensuring your event runs smoothly.
How can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
To receive a full refund, cancel at least 30 days in advance. Within 30 days to 15 days of your scheduled group event, you will forfeit 50% of your booking total or $500, whichever is greater. Within 2 weeks of your event, there are no options to cancel your event as all resources are scheduled and in process.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, up to 30 days before your appointment, we can work with you to reschedule based on availability. Within 30 days of your appointment, we can work with you on start and finish times, but the date will be locked in.
What if I'm running late for my appointment?
It's okay! It's your event. Your time is your own.
What is the deposit for group reservations?
Group reservations for less than $1000 must be paid for in advance.
Reservations with a cost in excess of $1000 can be placed with a minimum deposit of 50%.
How can I get a refund for a group reservation?
Cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled date for a refund, minus the deposit (where applicable).
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for any refunds to be processed. All refunds are made using the same payment method as provided. (e.g. Credit Card payments are refunded back to the same card. )
What if I need to reschedule my group event?
Rescheduling for group events is subject to availability. Contact us well in advance to discuss options.
Are food and event charges refundable for group reservations?
Charges managed by a third party may not be refundable. Make sure to cancel or update optional items at least 1 month before the event.
Is there flexibility for late-night events?
We do have availability for after-hours events. These events typically include a sur-charge based on how late and how long the event will run.
How does copyright work for event-related materials?
CQ owns the copyrights, but the client is granted a license for personal use of event-related products.
